The 25th Annual Evening in the Tropics will be held on Saturday, August 22nd at the Tebala Event Center in Rockford, IL. Join us as we celebrate 25 years of impact in Haiti and raise funds to continue to make a transformative impact in the lives of the poorest people in the Western Hemisphere.

What we plan to accomplish this year
Since 2001, based in Northern Illinois Hope for Haitians has been providing secure homes and safe water to Haitian families living in desperate poverty. In addition, we work with local leadership and individuals to foster sustainable improvements in food security, education, basic healthcare, and income generation.
Funds raised this year will be used to:
+ Provide additional families with a safe secure home
+ Support access to healthcare in 8 communities
+ Support economic development projects in six communities
