Together for Haiti Match Day July 20-30, 2026

Hope for Haitians is honored to once again be selected to participate in the 2026 Together for Haiti Match Day, a special giving campaign that increases the impact of every qualifying gift.

From July 20 through July 30, every gift between $50 and $1,000 will be matched by 50%.

  • A $100 gift becomes $150
  • A $1,000 gift becomes $1,500

Matching funds are limited, so gifts made early in the campaign have the greatest opportunity to maximize this special funding.

Our goal is to raise $14,000 and unlock $7,000 in matching funds to expand one of Hope for Haitians’ most successful economic development initiatives: helping women entrepreneurs grow sustainable businesses.

Building on Success

Over the past several years, Hope for Haitians’ Women’s Microloan Program has helped hundreds of women launch small businesses. These women are earning income, providing for their families, and creating new opportunities in communities where employment is scarce.

Now they’re ready for the next step.

Many women entrepreneurs spend hours traveling long distances and paying high transportation costs simply to purchase inventory for their businesses. This project will establish three women-owned wholesale distribution businesses that will serve entrepreneurs across three rural communities, allowing local business owners to purchase products closer to home, lower their operating costs, increase their profits, and spend more time caring for their families and growing their businesses.

This is more than creating three new businesses. It is investing in an entire network of women entrepreneurs. By strengthening local supply chains, these businesses will help families build lasting economic opportunity, strengthen their communities, and create hope for the next generation.
