About Hope For Haitians
Hope for Haitians is a 501(c)3 charitable organization founded in 2001 to extend aid to the poorest of the poor in the country of Haiti. The organization, located in Rockford, Illinois was founded by a group of service minded individuals who experienced the extreme poverty while visiting Haiti. Hope for Haitians is supported entirely by donations from individuals, corporations, foundations and churches.
Hope for Haitians provides hope and dignity to the poorest of the poor in Haiti.
Hope for Haitians improves the quality of life for the people living in Haiti who are suffering in extreme poverty.

The Board of Directors provides valuable service to Hope for Haitians. Through fundraising events, meetings and committee work, they keep the organization true to its mission, secure the funds necessary for projects and monitor the completed projects on the ground in Haiti. Their dedication ensures funds are spent well and opportunities for sustainable change are present in the lives of the Haitian families we serve
